AsiaWorld-Expo Scoops Two International Awards, First Venue in Asia to Win the “Best Venue” in the C&IT Awards

AsiaWorld-Expo (AWE) has received high-profile recognition for its performance and dedication to making Hong Kong one of the world’s top MICE destinations. The venue is the first in Asia to win at the C&IT awards, where it recently won Best Venue (Rest of World) and MICE Team of the Year.
 

An Action-Packed Calendar for Business and Leisure

With its upgraded facilities and professional MICE team, AWE is all set to welcome the bounce-back of events. More than 20 events will be held at the venue over the next three months, including a finance exhibition, public shows packed full of bargain shopping offers, and EXPOtainment events ranging from motorsport to a kids’ expo and world-tour concerts.

New Measures Put Hong Kong Back to Business

The extension of the Convention and Exhibition Industry Subsidy Scheme to 30 June 2023, as well as the launch of a new HK$1.4 billion scheme to support over 200 shows, is powerful confirmation of Hong Kong’s commitment to the international MICE industry. With more than 20 events being held at AWE in the coming three months alone, AWE is also pleased to announce special discounts on the Airport Express Line, benefiting business delegates, exhibitors and concertgoers alike.
 

Sky Bridge Opens to Offer New Airport Experience with Stunning View

Starting from 1 November 2022, passengers can conveniently travel between Terminal 1 (T1) and T1 Satellite Concourse (T1S) at Hong Kong International Airport (HKIA) via Sky Bridge, a new 200m-long , 20m-width and 28m above the ground footbridge equipped with escalators and automated walkway.
